Intuitiv designs, programs and sells user interface templates and software to enhance the user experience for home automation systems. Collectively, we refer to these tools as our “Services”. We are acting as a service provider to you when we provide the Services. Any collection, use, and management of personal information by the hardware providers (collectively, the “Hardware Providers”) are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. When using hardware providers, you are required to comply with their privacy policies and terms. We recommend you carefully review their privacy policies and terms, as Intuitiv is not responsible for the hardware providers. Our Services enable you to connect to your home automation system and control Third-Party Hardware, including through apps you can access which may be available to you via our platform. The collection of your information by these third parties is governed by the Third-Party Services’ privacy policies and terms. We rely on you to comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting, using, or disclosing information about individuals through the Services, including obtaining any necessary consent and providing any necessary notices. If we receive any questions or complaints regarding your use of the Services, we will direct the request to you for further assistance. Our Services are not intended for use by children and should only be accessed by individuals who are at least 18 years old and are using the Services for business purposes or personal use.

By using Intuitiv products, services or Sites you signify your acceptance of Intuitiv collection and use of your personal information in the manner and for the purposes described herein. If you do not agree to some aspect of Intuitivs’ intended use of your information, you may use one or more of the methods described in this Privacy Policy to opt out of the specific type of collection or use of information. Please note that we do not intentionally collect any sensitive personal information relating to confidential medical facts, racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality; please do provide any of this type of information to us.


Your personal information and data files are stored on Intuitiv and the servers of companies we hire to provide data storage services to us. Intuitiv takes precautions including industry standard administrative, technical, and physical measures that are designed to safeguard the personal information collected from visitors and customers against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. When you enter personal information on our forms, we encrypt this data using SSL or other technologies. These technologies are designed to protect the confidentiality of your personal information when it's transmitted over the Internet.
